Privacy Policy

Verdapix ("we", "us") is an independent website. It is not affiliated with the OpenMOSS team. This policy explains what we collect when you use the Service and why.

Information we collect

1. Account information — your email address and name, or your Google account's basic profile if you sign in with Google.
2. Prompts and settings — the text prompts, templates, sizes and image counts you submit.
3. Generated images — the images created for you, stored so you can view and download them in My Images.
4. Credits and usage records — credit grants, usage and refunds.
5. Orders — for credit-pack purchases: order number, pack, amount, currency, status and dates. Card details are handled by our payment provider, Waffo, and never reach us.
6. Technical and analytics data — IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited. If analytics are enabled, this is collected with Google Analytics using cookies.

How we use information

• To run the Service: generate images, store them, and manage credits.
• Safety: we check prompts with automated moderation and run outputs through a safety checker. We may review flagged content to prevent abuse.
• To process purchases, add credits, handle refunds and answer support requests.
• To contact you about your account and your orders.
• To understand usage and improve the Service.

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We share data only as needed to operate the Service:

• AI inference provider (fal.ai) — receives your prompt and returns images.
• Content moderation (SeeAPI) — receives your prompt and the generated images to check them for prohibited content before anything is shown.
• Cloud hosting and storage (Cloudflare) — hosts the website, the database and the image files.
• Authentication — Google, if you choose Google sign-in.
• Payments — Waffo, our payment provider, processes credit-pack purchases. Card details are entered on Waffo's checkout page; we never see or store full card numbers. We keep the order number, pack, amount, currency, status and dates.
• Analytics — Google Analytics, if enabled.

These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

Retention

We keep account data and generated images while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and images at any time. Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, even after account deletion. Emails you gave us on the earlier pricing sign-up form are kept until you ask us to remove them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, or to object to some processing. Email support@mossimagegenerator.com.

Children

The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on this page.
