Refund Policy

Verdapix sells one-time credit packs. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.

Unused credit packs — 7 days

You can get a full refund within 7 days of purchase if none of the credits from that pack have been used. Once any credit from a pack has been used, that pack is no longer refundable, except in the cases below.

Automatic credit refunds

Credits are returned to your balance automatically when:

• the image service fails or times out before returning images, or
• the safety checker blocks every image in a request.

Prompts rejected by moderation are never charged.

Duplicate or unauthorized charges

If you were charged twice for the same order, or a purchase was made without your permission, we refund it in full. Contact us as soon as you notice.

Free and gift credits

The 3 sign-up credits and any gift credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded, exchanged or transferred.

Validity

Paid credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. Sign-up credits are valid for 30 days.

Accounts closed for policy violations

Credits on accounts closed for breaking our Acceptable Use Policy are forfeited and not refunded.

How to request a refund

Email support@mossimagegenerator.com from the address you signed in with and include your order number (shown under Settings → Orders and in your receipt). We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
