Terms of Service

By using Verdapix (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Service

The Service is an independent website that generates images from text using the open MOSS-Image model through a third-party inference provider. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the OpenMOSS team or the authors of MOSS-Image. "MOSS-Image" is used only to describe the model the Service runs.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country). One person may not create multiple accounts to collect extra free credits.

3. Credits, purchases and refunds

• Credit costs. A standard image (1024×1024, 1280×720, 768×1024 and similar sizes) costs 1 credit. An HD image (1536×1024) costs 2 credits. The cost is shown before you generate.
• Free credits. New accounts receive 3 free credits, valid for 30 days. Free and gift credits have no cash value.
• Credit packs. Paid credits are sold as one-time packs (Starter $4.99 for 25 credits, Creator $9.99 for 60 credits, Pro $24.99 for 160 credits). There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Paid credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. Prices are in US dollars; applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
• Payments. Purchases are processed by our payment provider, Waffo. Credits are added to your account once the payment is confirmed.
• Refunds. A pack can be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. Duplicate or unauthorized charges are refunded. Failed or blocked generations are refunded in credits automatically. Details are in our Refund Policy.
• Forfeiture. Credits on accounts closed for breaking our Acceptable Use Policy are forfeited.

4. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Prompts are moderated before generation and every image is checked before it is shown. We may refuse requests, remove content, or suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Your content

• Prompts: you are responsible for the prompts you submit.
• Outputs: to the extent we hold any rights in the images generated for you, we assign them to you, subject to these Terms. The MOSS-Image weights are published under the Apache-2.0 license.
• Your responsibility: AI outputs may look similar to existing works, trademarks or real people. Make sure your use of any output is lawful and does not infringe anyone's rights.
• Our license: you give us a limited license to store, process and display your prompts and images in order to provide the Service, and to enforce our policies.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is". AI output can be inaccurate. In particular, rendered text may contain spelling errors. We do not guarantee availability, quality or fitness for any purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (zero during the free period).

8. Suspension and termination

• By us. We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you break these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, try to bypass our safety systems, commit fraud or payment abuse (including abusive chargebacks), or if required by law.
• Effect on credits. Credits on accounts terminated for a breach are forfeited and not refunded. If we end the Service for reasons other than your breach, unused paid credits are refunded in proportion to what remains.
• By you. You may stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@mossimagegenerator.com.

9. Changes

We may change or end the Service or these Terms. If you keep using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the new Terms.
